With the latter, you can display videos in 16/9 that do not cover all your images. The 2500 nits fully adjustable screen is incredibly bright, which makes it perfect for indoor or outdoor shootings. The wide viewing angle of 135º allows several members to view the video at the same time. Image rotation can be locked or set to rotate automatically, so you can install it in any direction!

The incredibly intuitive and responsive built-in touch screen can be used to configure settings as well as for monitoring. The Blackmagic Video Assist 7 "12G HDR works with the Blackmagic operating system. By touching and swiping the screen, you can show or hide the parameters relating to the resolution and the capture format as well as the brightness and the contrast of the screen. When you swipe the screen in the other direction, you have access to a lot of information, including transport controls, recording status, histogram, level audio, timecode and battery status, and the semi-transparent control display lets you keep an eye on your plug without being embarrassed!

12G-SDI and multi-bit HDMI connections capture video and audio from any type of camera. With loop outputs, you can display live video or recorded clips incorporating audio on external screens or projectors. You can also control audio with the 3.5mm stereo headphone jack or with the built-in front speaker. In addition, the device includes a DC 12V input and two NP-F battery slots. The 7-inch Blackmagic Video Assist 12G HDR also has a LANC input, two SDHC card recorders and two mini XLR microphone inputs.
