The Blackmagic Design SmartView HD is an ideal solution for performing high quality SDI monitoring! Thin and light, it is perfect for use on a tray or on the go. It has a large 17 "Full HD screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution in order to view each pixel of the image. In addition, it has spectacular capacities despite its small size of 6 rack units. As it is an inch thick, it fits perfectly into your SDI monitoring.
Furthermore, the SmartView HD can easily be set up from your computer via Ethernet.

The Blackmagic Design SmartView HD incorporates an elegant front panel designed to allow the installation of several models next to each other for a spectacular effect. Light and very thin, SmartView is ideal for OB vans and portable workstations. You can also mount your SmartView in the upper or lower part of a rack because it can be installed upside down to benefit from an optimal angle.

The SmartView HD was designed for broadcasting and post-production. It offers support for many video standards, including SD, HD and 3G-SDI formats. SmartView is also compatible with the new video standards used in post-production such as HD 1080 progressive and 2K via 3G-SDI. All video formats can be connected and changed at any time, because SmartView automatically switches to the new format in less than a second!
