With features such as advanced predictive hybrid limiters, ZoomAutoMix ™ and mic / line choice for XLR and TRS inputs, the F8 is the next generation for professional recording in the field.

The F8 is equipped with state-of-the-art predictive hybrid limiters that provide overload protection no matter what. By adding a millisecond delay, limiters "predict" clipping by anticipating it before it is recorded. The limitation is applied simultaneously on each of the 8 channels at full resolution, with a margin of 10-20 dB to ensure that each take impeccable sound.

Introducing Zoom AutoMix ™, your new audio editor assistant. This intelligent software automatically adjusts the levels of your mix to reduce the amount of ambient sound so you can focus on what really matters: capturing a well-balanced mix.
